Areas of Interest:
I am interested in microbiology and also learning about how viruses are transmitted and finding prevention strategies.
Research Projects:
I am working with Ke Zhang on the MITIGATE FLU project which assesses the transmission risk of influenza in indoor environments by examining how environmental factors influence virus persistence, with the goal of developing rapid detection platforms and understanding influenza virus behavior in controlled indoor conditions.
